A true conversion requires great commitments.

Good morning, happy Monday, and blessings.

In today's Gospel (John 3: 1-8) Jesus says to Nicodemus: "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." Most of us have heard the phrase ‘born again Christian.’ It is usually employed by evangelical Christians to refer to those who are viewed as authentically Christian—usually defined as involved as making some sort of personal commitment to Christ.

Cut the bread and share the bread.

Good morning, happy Thursday and blessings.

Do you recognize Jesus walking with you?

Good morning, happy Wednesday and blessings.

The gospel for today from Luke 24:13-35 tells of Jesus meeting with the Emmaus disciples, and one question comes to my mind: Can't you guess who walks with me?

Mary Magdalene, the disciple and witness for good news.

Good morning, happy Tuesday and blessings.

There are very few Gospel scenes more touching than the one we read in John 20: 11-18. Mary Magdalene–from whom Jesus had cast multiple demons–owed everything to Jesus. Mary Magdalene was a woman who was healed by Jesus, and she never took this for granted. She followed him and listened carefully to his teachings. She couldn’t go back to her old way of life—not after she had been set free.

Do not pass out, there is hope

Good morning, happy Monday and blessings.

The Gospel for day comes from Matthew 28: 8-15. It is a narrative where a group of women have an encounter with the risen Jesus.

I want you to note the phrase "He is going before you to Galilee."Historically, Jesus did exactly what He promised and went before His disciples to Galilee. But how does He go before us today?

Ministry at the time of Coronavirus (Covid 19): Prevent, cure and accompany

Now we have to shape what some have started calling; The Church at Home. Although I keep asking myself; What do those who do not have a home do? For this reason, at the same time, I am declaring today in our Holyrood Church a Lenten day of prayer, fasting and reading the Bible in the Time of the Coronavirus.
