The faculty and staff of WHCS are excited and happy to announce that we will continue to offer both in-person and remote instruction this fall, and invite families with students in grades 1 - 5 to apply for our FREE program by filling out this request for an evaluation before Friday, October 2: http://bit.ly/whcs2020

We’re proud of all we have accomplished, even when the pandemic prevented us from meeting in person: individual virtual lessons kept our students building their voice, piano, and recorder skills; virtual “block parties” throughout the spring and summer kept us connected as a group; and an inspiring spring performance capped off the year.

All the same, we’re especially excited to have worked with Holyrood Church / Iglesia Santa Cruz to work out how we can safely meet and learn together in person this fall. We’ll be limiting class size, instituting rigorous sanitizing procedures, relocating to a larger and better ventilated space within Holyrood, and conducting some aspects of our program virtually. 

Change brings opportunities. While we are not able to sing together in person this fall, we’re excited to  branch out with new on-site activities, including partnering with S’cool Sounds to include ukulele group study, and plan to offer even more 1:1 instruction, both in person and online!
